📦 BSBW Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love what you receive from BSBW.

If you’re unsatisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be:

Custom, made-to-order, or limited edition items may not be eligible for return unless defective.

To start a return, please contact us at rawthentic314@bsbw.me with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 48 hours.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know the status. If approved:

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

We don’t currently offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item or size, please initiate a return and place a new order.
